Mike contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair after having an inspection and found out that there was water intrusion, falling insulation, and parts of the vapor barrier missing. This was important to them because they're selling their home.
One of our Design Specialists Glenn went out and inspected the crawlspace. He proposed doing an encapsulation would be the best solution for their home.
Our crew led by Kevin H., started by sealing all vents, removing insulation and all debris from the crawlspace. Next they installed 20mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, and Wrap Piers. Last they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, SmartSump Pump, Discharge Line and LawnScape Outlet.
