Douglas contacted us about having someone come take a look at his home because he had standing water in his crawl space. Douglas had started to notice the effects of the standing water because his insulation was falling and he noticed mold growth on the wood under the home. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Douglas to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crew led by Jason Hines installed our full encapsulation system which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glo, Smart Sump, and SaniDry CX dehumidifer. He suggest that before we did any remodeling above the floor we should get the crawl space and floor repaired first. We would most likely need to have this project financed.
