We are buying a new home and conducted an inspection of our crawlspace. The inspector noted microbial growth, concerns with insulation, moisture/active leak, and 2-3 dry rotted floor joists. We wanted to get a second opinion given the estimate of costs we received from this inspector. We move in October 4 and would be happy to schedule a time next week. Thanks!

We Found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair during an internet search, although we spoke with other companies SE was more expensive but with the 25 year transferable warranty we felt that they where a better investment then their competitors.
