Upon our inspection we advised of pier settlement under the home and also water issues in the crawlspace. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 18 smart jacks, 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier, sump pump with exterior drainage, removed moldy fiberglass insulation and a dehumidifier. Hi,
We were looking to redo the shower in our master bathroom, and the person that came to quote the shower notified us that the floor in the bathroom is sagging about a half inch or so. He strongly recommended us getting that issue resolved before doing any new tile work.
