Crawlspace is often wet, we were told it may need lined, and we need the vents replaced as we have mice.

A void has developed along driveway at culvert, varying in depth to about 18 inches by 24-36 inches long. Would like consultation on best method to repair and estimated price.

Uneven concrete around the pool

I had a piece of concrete added to my small patio and it has sunken one corner... It is a small project, but I was sure hoping that you could level it!

I have been living in this home since 2019. Every year (no joke) I have had to replace my entire kitchen floors because they keep sagging or breaking and falling through. I have had one company replace them but they can not figure out why. So I had at least 6 other companies come by to take a look and they wouldn't offer any help because of unknown issues as to why the floors keep messing up. So I had an HVAC come by and repair some holes in my A/C ducts, a Plummer come to check water lines with no issues found. So I am most likely guessing it is humidity. There is a 2 year old vapor barrier underneath and still it is not working as well as it should. Now it is my whole entire bottom floor (kitchen and family room) that is sinking or breaking. I would love to have this fixed and I saw your company and figured this maybe my solution. I would like to have my floors repaired and my crawl space encapsulated and have a dehumidifier put underneath. I want to say my floor plan is roughly 600 sqft. I would like to start construction around mid May as I am active duty army and will need to have time to submit leave-also in part my wife is deployed and would like to have this complete before she comes back home. Side note I will not be available for showing the house in person until after 24th April. Thank you for reading this and taking your time.
