Aaron and Ruth contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after having their termite company install a sump pump and french drain system, however their crawl space still had standing water and high humidity and they wanted their crawl space fixed properly. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Aaron and Ruth to go over the crawl space of the home. The sump pump system and the french drain system that the termite company installed had not been installed properly to stop the water from entering the crawl space. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with EZ Flow to stop the water from entering the crawl space along with sealing off the crawl space to stop water vapor from the earths ground from absorbing into the wood of the home. Aaron and Ruth are thrilled with work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for fixing the crawl space of their home.
