My home is nearly 100 years old and is showing her age. The floor joists no longer rest on the pilings due to the brick mortar disintegrating so just walking across the floor causes the house to shake. There is also obvious settling of the foundation walls, mostly on the north side of the house, causing cracks in the walls and unsquare windows. I would like to get an estimate of what it would take to fix these problems so it may last another 100 years.
