Mrs. Cathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of her home in Oak Island, NC. Since Hurricane Florence she had noticed that the insulation had started to fall and excessive water issues.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair scheduled one of our design specialist, Mr. Maurice Robinson to go out and do an inspection of the Crawl Space.
Upon inspection Maurice found that the crawl space had excessive water & falling insulation. After speaking with Mrs Cathy showing her the condition of her crawl space, Mr. Robinson proposed a full encapsulation with drainage matting for the excessive water issue to help protect her home.
Our crew removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation.
