I received a proposal in 2017, but my wife and I decided to build a new house so we never had the work completed. Now we are looking to use the house as a rental and we would like to address the issues. The major concern is that the crawl space was flooded twice by Hurricanes Florence and Matthew. I'm positive that there is mold growth in the crawl space so I would like that removed and then discuss either encapsulation or a sump pump and sealed door.
