Mark, a contractor for a bank in Southern Pines, NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to concrete slabs that were starting to settle. By the concrete slabs settling it was causing a trip hazard and other issues for the bank. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Mark to go over the project and to find out if we could assist with the repairs.

Our crew led by George Herring installed the PolyLevel System. The PolyLevel System combines the already- proven technique of concrete lift with a specially- engineered two- part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently lift the concrete surface.
