Colt B. And his family just bought a new home, they contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because they were very interested in having a clean crawlspace. inspector Graham Moore went out to do a free inspection and to give a free estimate. Ricky Warren and his crew went out and removed all the debris from under the home and installed our cleanspace system. Colt B. and his family are happy to say they have a clean crawlspace.

The Walkden Family contacted our office concerning unlevel floor in one part of the home and also the interest in a vapor barrier for the crawlspace. Upon our inspection we advised that a couple of piers under the home had settled due to moisture-water issues in the crawlspace. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 2 smart jacks in the floor problem area. We also installed a cleanspace system with sani dry dehumidfier to help keep moisture and humidity out of the crawlspace. Very satisfied with the results and advised they would be returning customers.
