We purchased a home in Sunset Beach last year. We will be retiring there in the coming months. The house is a three bedroom two bath Doublewide with a dirt crawlspace. We noticed the house was a little off kilter last summer, and I brought a gentleman in to re-level the home for us. Needless to say,l, I didn't do my homework, and he's soaked me for a bundle leaving the house still not level. He refuses to return my phone calls or return to repair his mistakes.The toilet in the master bath is crooked now because I feel he jacked up the pier underneath the bathroom too much. We plan on redoing the bathroom and the kitchen, and installing new windows, but I don't want to start it until the house is level. I would like an estimate on what you think you could do for us. We recently purchased a double wide on the Sunset Beach/Calabash border. We currently reside in NY and come down about once a month. I will be coming back in mid February. Some portions of the floors are uneven and creak in certain spots. There are a few pilings under the house that need to be straightened. The house currently has 3/8 masonry board as skirting.
