Foundation issues. Floors uneven would like an evaluation.

You did some work on my driveway, I believe in 2021(?). You came out a second time but I don't have a note on the date. I have part of the driveway shifting again and was wondering if you could give me a quote on the repair.

I have a 6ft long crack at the bottom of my driveway with water seeping through. I'm looking to repair it before painting the driveway. Thanks.

My driveway has sunk in one area causing cracking. Water flows directly across this area so I assume it was from erosion underneath the concrete.

Moving into a home built in 1994. Some sagging In floors, doors don't latch, some drywall cracking, and loose/falling crawlspace insulation.

Cracked raised slab foundation. Has caused tile inside to crack and door frames out of square.

Crawl space repair/ encapsulation

We purchased a home in Sunset Beach last year. We will be retiring there in the coming months. The house is a three bedroom two bath Doublewide with a dirt crawlspace. We noticed the house was a little off kilter last summer, and I brought a gentleman in to re-level the home for us. Needless to say,l, I didn't do my homework, and he's soaked me for a bundle leaving the house still not level. He refuses to return my phone calls or return to repair his mistakes.The toilet in the master bath is crooked now because I feel he jacked up the pier underneath the bathroom too much. We plan on redoing the bathroom and the kitchen, and installing new windows, but I don't want to start it until the house is level. I would like an estimate on what you think you could do for us. We currently live in New York, but I will be coming back down the first week in September. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

We recently purchased a double wide on the Sunset Beach/Calabash border. We currently reside in NY and come down about once a month. I will be coming back in mid February. Some portions of the floors are uneven and creak in certain spots. There are a few pilings under the house that need to be straightened. The house currently has 3/8 masonry board as skirting. After I get the house releveled, I'd like to get an estimate on payed up brick around the entire house. Thank you!! Bill Arp

My front stoop appears to be sinking as there is one step that is lower than the others.

Have a landing going up to the desk/main level that is sagging on 1 corner. Support post is on concrete. House was built in 1974.

I have photos of my issue - Sinking main beam/cracks in drywall and uneven floors etc.

I have sagging floor under kitchen island a a few other spots that seems to "bounce". There is also home settling. Thank you for your assistance.
