My home has a full basement with a little door that opens to a very tiny crawlspace area that allows access to electrical wires underneath the front porch. I hope to list the house for sale soon and this space seems a little damp and "dungeon" like. I'd like to see if anything can be done to make the area drier and more sealed off. I want any potential buyers to look into that space and feel confident that there is no problem that they'd need to contend with down the road. Thanks for any help you can offer!
