They also installed the SmartJack System to stabilize and raise part of the floor that had started to sag due to the high moisture level. I have noticed a sagging part in the middle of my living room floor, There is also a small crack line under the double window in the dry wall. I had a termite inspection and all was good and I also had someone to check out the wood underneath and it was solid and no mold.The guy who put in my hardwood floor also check it and he seems to think the floor joist or beam is sagging, possibly from settling. Crawlspace repair needed

I have a renter in my father's house. The renter believes the house is settling in both back corners. The doors are getting hard to open and he has repaired the Sheetrock in the master bedroom several times where it has cracked.

We have a full basement and it floods when it rains a lot. Water seeps up from the floor and looks almost like thru a wall -- it's hard to tell. Part of the problem is the driveway into the basement is terrible, but my concern is the water seeping up from the floor and thru the wall(s). I would really like to know the cause of all this leaking because it's only in some sections of the basement that it's leaking and not others. We also run 2 dehumidifiers all the time and was wondering if there's a better solution?
