There's a lot of moisture in our crawl space and our house is regularly more humid than we'd like. It seems more moist since Hurricane Florence when the crawl space flooded. There is some mold on the boards, and I think the foundation needs a professional to look at it. We've been here 5+ years, but the house has a history of water control in the crawl space, as evidenced by trenches along the edges. We'd like the crawl space encapsulated and also want to learn if we have any foundation issues.
