To repair and protect this cracked concrete sidewalk and protect it from soil erosion, our team used our NexusPro Sealant. Fabian's home had a unstable foundation that was causing multiple large cracks in the exterior walls, as well as some damage to the interior walls and door frames. Cracks or bowed walls on a home’s foundation are caused by loose soil beneath the home that can cause it to sink or shift. Another culprit is hydrostatic pressure, which is the force of water saturated soil pushing against the floors and foundation.
We installed 6 Push Piers to permanently stabilize Fabian's foundation and prevent further damage to the walls. Push Piers stabilize a foundation by using hydraulic equipment to push steel pipes into deep ground, where they reach stronger soil. Brackets connect the piers to the foundation footing. The foundation is now supported by the piers instead of weak soil, which resists further sinking or shifting of the home.

Homeowner, Samuel, had just bought his home in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina on Aug. 11th, 2026. A previous home inspection had indicated moisture, mold and mildew issues in the crawl space. Samuel was concerned and wanted to learn more about a crawl space encapsulation system and how it can protect his new home from damage.
Samuel saw our advertisement on Google and gave us a call. We sent our design specialist, Tim, to his home for a no cost estimate on repairs. Tim confirmed there was mold, condensation and pests present in the crawl space, along with open vents that were letting the summer’s humid coastal air inside. The relative humidity was 87%. Relative humidity levels above 60% mean mold spores rapidly settle, germinate, and grow on organic materials like wood, drywall, and fabric.
Tim explained to Samuel that excess moisture in a crawl space can have negative effects on the home that could lead to damage. Tim explained further how a Crawl Space Encapsulation encompasses waterproofing, dehumidification, and vapor barrier technologies into a comprehensive solution to keep the crawl space dry and healthy. Separating home from the earth and controlling the humidity with a dehumidifier would provide Samuel with the benefit of a dry crawl space, lower energy cost, no pest infestations, no wood rot that would cause sagging floors, and he could even have storage space.
After receiving an exact price for repairs, Samuel decided to get his crawl space encapsulated and scheduled an installation date.
On September 14, 2026, Samuel had his crawl space encapsulated. He was satisfied with the work done and stated “They did an excellent job. Cleaning and replacing our encapsulation. Well worth the price to keep your house’s longevity a priority. I highly recommend using them”.
