A homeowner in Mount Olive, NC, faced sagging floors that made their home feel unstable. After calling us for help, we installed the SmartJack system to address the issue. The SmartJack system uses steel support posts and a sturdy base to lift and stabilize sagging floors, restoring structural integrity and ensuring long-term stability.

With the wet and musty insulation safely removed and disposed of, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our team installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to encapsulate a customer's damp and musty crawl space by first cleaning and leveling the area. We then laid down the CleanSpace liner, which is a thick, durable plastic membrane, across the crawl space floor and up the walls. The liner acts as a barrier to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, effectively reducing humidity levels and preventing mold growth.

We installed our LawnScape Outlet at the end of this discharge line to allow water to freely escape for the line while also creating an easier access point to service the system.
