The crawl space at this office building was damp and musty every time it rained. Our solution to this problem was a full encapsulation system that included a TripleSafe Sump Pump to prevent flooding and ensure this crawl space remain dry the next time it rained. 

These business owners faced falling insulation, musty odors, damp floors, and wood rot in their crawl space. Our solution was to seal off the crawl space, install SilverGlo Insulation on the walls, and install the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system ensures that the crawl space is completely sealed off from the outside environment, preventing any further moisture from entering the space. The SilverGlo Insulation helps to keep the space dry and warm, while the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System prevents condensation from forming, further protecting against wood rot and mold growth.
