Foundation piers were installed to lift a sinking home due to foundation settlement. The system is driven into the ground around the foundation until it reaches solid soil. The brackets are secured to the footing of the foundation and is then hydraulically lifted to achieve as much lift as possible and preventing it from further settlement. This system can also help close formed cracks, level floors, and even take care of that door or window that doesn't open or close properly.
