A Holly Ridge, NC homeowner wanted to level and repair their cracked concrete driveway. After inspection, our team used the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems to address the issue. PolyLevel is a high-density foam injected beneath the concrete to lift and level uneven sections. NexusPro is a durable sealant applied to cracks, preventing further damage and protecting against water intrusion. Together, these solutions restored the driveway’s appearance and functionality while ensuring long-term durability.

Danny contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair looking to have the crawl space of his home encapsulated. He had noticed they had a bad moisture problem in the home. He had an old vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed in the crawl space and still noticed moisture and possible mold growth in the crawl space. Our crew, lead by Jason Hines, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace System, we were able to seal off the crawl space the earth's ground, which was the actual issue. 

Louis called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to have someone come out and look at the crawl space of the home. Louis had a full CleanSpace Encapsulation done to his home and as a finishing touch had a custom crawl space door installed. Louis is happy with the outcome of the crawl space and the custom built door.

Louis contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned over the high moisture level under the home. Louis previously had a vapor barrier installed by his exterminator however the problem still existed. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Louis about the best solution for this home. It was found that the previous vapor barrier just did not seal the crawl space properly allow moisture from the ground to escape. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry CX  and a Smart Sump. Louis is happy to have his home encapsulated properly.
