Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about having his home encapsulated after his exterminator express that he had a high moisture content in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair crew led by Larry Eldridge encapsulated the home with our 10 mil Clean Space Liner, Silver Glo, Smart Sump and our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier. Chris is happy with the look and feel of the crawl space.

Moisture enters your crawl space through the ground and foundation walls. Adding a vapor barrier in your crawl space helps prevent mold growth, wood rot, and pest infestations.

Dorothea contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting the crawl space of her home to have a restoration with a moisture barrier, sub-floor replacement to get rid of mold growth. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help get rid of the mold in Dorothea's crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and spraying the mold with Mold-X. By sealing off the crawl space and spraying the Mold-X we are able to stop mold in it tracks and to prevent it in the future by getting rid of the elements that cause mold in the first place.

Melinda is a existing customer of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. We previously went out to her home and encapsulated her crawlspace to prevent moisture issues in her home in Ellerbe, NC.

Then she started having some issues with her floors squeaking, not stable and weak in some spots and she gave us a call here at SEFR and we scheduled her an appointment for Todd, one of our design specialist to go out and do an inspection of her foundation. Upon Todd inspecting her foundation he found that her floors were weak, squeaky and not stable, and after speaking with Melinda he proposed Smart Jacks and a steel beam to help with her home repair needs.

Thomas contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with falling insulation in the crawl space of his home. Thomas had noticed that the insulation in the crawl space had started to fall, after further investigation, he realized that the insulation was wet and that the issue needs to be addressed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Larry, met with Thomas to go over the crawl space to find the best solution. 

Larry found that the crawl space of the home had no protection from moisture and humidity from entering the crawl space. The moisture was entering the crawl space from the earth's ground which combined with the hot air in the crawl space was causing high humidity problems. The best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground any by adding a humidifier lowering the moisture level and humidity.
