We fixed a sinking foundation by installing our foundation pier system. This involved driving sturdy steel piers deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. Once in place, the piers were used to lift and stabilize the foundation, preventing further sinking and restoring it to its proper position. This solution is both effective and long-lasting, addressing the root cause of the problem.

A damp crawl space resulted in wood rot in the floor joists and bouncy floors above. In order to ensure permanent stabilization and lift, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.

This customer's foundation sank due to soil settlement. We installed foundation push piers around the foundation to transfer the weight of the structure to more solid ground and stabilize it permanently. 

Using SmartJack Support Posts and a supplemental steel beam, the crew eliminated the threat of floor failure caused by high moisture and wood rot.
