Mr. Sauter contacted our office with concerns of hard wood flooring inside of home squeaking and buckling. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Mr. Sauter to examine the flooring issues. Upon his inspection it was determined that the flooring issue was stemming from high moisture and humidity in the crawlspace of the home making the hardwood flooring inside the home to buckle. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed a 10 mil vapor barrier system including a custom door, sealing all vents, silverglo insulation, wrapping piers, a sani dry dehumidifier, and a smat sump to pump water out from the crawlspace.
