Challenge

June contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after the passing of her mother. The garage of the home would always flood during a heavy rain storm and wanted to best solution to fix to home so that she could get the home on the market for sale.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed our TrenchDrain System around the garage of the home. The TrenchDrain System catches the water and pushes it our to a designed spot away from the home. June is happy that she contacted SEFR for fixing the home to get it on the market to sale.
