Photo Album: Subfloor Removal & Replacement in Wilmington, NC

The floors of homeowner, Melissa's, home were unlevel and sinking due to foundation and crawl space problems. We completed 1144 sqft of subfloor removal and replacement. In the crawl space, we did extensive work replacing drop beams, installing SmartJacks to support the floors, as well as a Crawl Space Encapsulation to prevent wood rot.
