WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain
For a typical basement, our WaterGuard system is the ideal choice for waterproofing. This French drain is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps this drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog.
Preparing for WaterGuard Installation
We remove the cement at the base of the wall where we will install the WaterGuard piping.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard is a piping system channels water to the area where water is collected by a sump pump and removed.
WaterGuard Placement
7 feet pieces are fastened together along the base of the wall.
SuperSump Sump Pump
The SuperSump is a mechanism that pumps water out of the crawlspace through pipes to a discharge area.
SuperSump SumpPump
The SuperSump is one of multiple sump pumps we offer according to the amount of water that needs to be removed. Their battery backup system operates in the case of a power outage.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier & Sump Pump
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier maintains low humidity levels, preventing musty odors, mold growth, wood rot, and pest infestations. The sump pump removes water from the basement. These two products combined are key for a dry, mildew free basement.
Exterior Drainage
This is where the water collected by the sump pump and WaterGuard is released.
Iceguard
The Iceguard is the part with the holes placed on the wall which allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the exterior pipe freezes of becomes blocked for any reason.
Exterior Drainage
The drain is buried after installation.
Cement Replacement
We neatly replace the cement after installing the WaterGuard system.

The home owner can now finish the basement without worrying about water, mildew, mold or flooding.
