John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high humidity and moisture after noticing falling insulation and standing water in his crawl space in Raleigh, NC. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with John to go over the crawl space of his home. Justin found that John had water entering the crawl space from is foundation and that the best solution would be to install EZ Flow and a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the EZ Flow we are able to stop water from entering the crawl space along the foundation walls. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from outside elements from getting into the crawl space.
