Ben contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, interested in having a vapor barrier system installed in the crawl space of his home in Morehead City, NC. Our inspector Andy Pittman met with Ben to go over the crawl space and found that Ben had moisture issues due to the face that he lives close to the water. The best solution would be to install our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Jeremy Fisher's crew installed the CleanSpace System using 20 mil Liner to seal off the crawl space along with SilverGlo Insulation Panels to insulate the crawl space after removing the old fiberglass insulation that had fallen. Ben is happy with the completed job Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home against water damage.
