Cheryl contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she had never lived in a house with a crawl space and she wanted the crawl space of her new home inspected to make sure there was no major issues. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Cheryl to go over the home. Justin found that there were no major issues, however the crawl space would benefit from having a CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed in the crawl space to seal out the moisture from entering into the crawl space. This would alleviate any future issues down the road.
