Fixing a Mold and Mildew Issue with CleanSpace in Rockingham, NC

Felecia contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having a home inspection that found that she had the high moisture content in the crawl space of her home in Rockingham, NC.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek Moore met with Felecia to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for the issues that she was experiencing. Derek found that Felecia's issues were caused by the earth's ground, that allows moisture content to enter the crawl space that was causing her problems. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we seal the crawl space from the earth's ground that allows moisture to enter into the home via the crawl space. We also sealed the vents along with add a dehumidifier and a sump pump.
