Monstrous to Appealing Crawl Space Encapsulation in Dover, NC

Mrs. Bettie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the falling insulation, and moisture issues in the crawl space of her home in Dover, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Mr. Andy to go out and inspect the crawl space. After the inspection, Andy met with Bettie to go over what he proposed was the best solution. He explained to them that we must encapsulate and remove all the insulation prior to even thinking about the structural issues because the moisture is the root of the cause.

Our crew led by EJ, went in and removed all the insulation and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help control the moisture and add storage  to free up space in there garage or storage building.
