Challenge
Homeowner, Antonio, had issues with humidity in the crawl space, leading to pests and musty smells in the home. He plans to live there forever and wanted to get the humidity under control before there are damages to the wood. He is also concerned about the air quality in the living space.
Solution
First, we separated the house from the earth with CleanSpace liner and sealed all vents. Then we installed a condensation pump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the humidity. When the air is conditioned and controlled, it prevents mold, wood rot, pests, and odors. The custom crawl space doors will seal in conditioned air.
