Challenge

Karen contacted Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair compaining of high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home.

Solution

Our crews installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SmartSump, SaniDry CX and a custom crawl space door. Karen's home is now a nice and dry crawl space.

BEFORE the crawl space of the home had no vapor barrier installed allowing the crawl space of the home to have high humidity.

AFTER the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System was installed using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner.

AFTER the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed. The 10 mil CleanSpace Liner can be cut and formed to fix around any obstacle in the crawl space.
