The floors above this homeowners crawl space were saggy and bouncy. After assessing the crawl space below, out team determined this was caused from inadequate support columns sinking into the soil. Our team installed SmartJack Support Posts to stabilize and lift the floor, while eliminating the chance of them sinking into the soil. They are installed on a solid base that is created to ensure sinking isn't a factor.

We where able to fix the high humidity issue in the crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System works by sealing off the crawl space from water sources from the outside and the water vapor that comes into the crawl space from the ground. By sealing off the crawl space and installing a dehumidifier we are able to completely get rid of sources that cause high humidity.
