A Burgaw, NC homeowner had bouncy floors above their crawl space due to an inadequate support system. We installed our SmartJack system to repair the issue. The SmartJack system provides sturdy, adjustable steel supports that are anchored to a stable base. By lifting and stabilizing the floor joists, it eliminated the bounce, restored floor stability, and ensured long-term structural support.

Randy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having problems with water draining out from the crawl space of the home and he wanted to see what could be done to fix the issue in the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey found that Randy's problems where coming from water entering the crawl space of the home from the outer walls of the foundation. Our crew  lead by Ricky Warren installed our EZ Flow Waterproofing System that we are able to catch the water and pump it out of the crawl space with our SmartSump Sump Pump System before it causes more problems in the crawl space of the home.
