There were noticeable cracks in the ceiling and gaps around the baseboards of this customer's home. With our SmartJack Support System installed in this crawl space, the floor was lifted to level and the gaps were closed.  

Our crew replaced this homeowners rusty crawl space door with our EverLast Door to ensure outside elements stay out to keep this space clean and dry. 

Using our SmartJack Support Posts, this sagging crawl space problem is now a problem of the past. This system will permanently lift, level, and stabilize the space and give peace of mind the foundation is sturdy and safe. 

This customer had a driveway in Wilmington, NC that had taken years of abuse. The driveway concrete had begun to sink and had started to crack in spots but with our PolyLevel System where where able to fix this cracked and sunken driveway.

Jim contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after meeting us at one of the home shows in Wilmington. He was concerned about his home because of the falling insulation and wanted to see what could be done about it.
