SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist Brannon, to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space. After speaking with James and showing him what was found during the inspection, Brannon proposed Mold Remediation and to encapsulate the crawl space. By sealing off the area with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, SEFR can assure that the crawl space stays nice and dry, free from moisture that can ruin the wood and insulation of the home.

Sarah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about her attic insulation and encapsulating her crawl space in Wilmington, NC. We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon to go out and do an inspection. 

After the inspection, Brannon met with Sarah to go over what he proposed, which was to remove the old and replace with new insulation and to encapsulate the crawl space. Sarah was very pleased with the proposal and was ready to move forward.
