Alan from Richlands noticed the concrete around his pool was cracked and appeared to be sinking. His concrete driveway was very unlevel and posed a potential trip hazard.

The concrete slab had sunk about an inch. We injected PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize quickly and effectively. 

The floor above sagged due to excessive moisture in the customer's crawl space. Moisture had damaged the floor joists, causing the floor to become unstable. The customer wished to permanently stabilize the sagging floor and bring it back to level. Our solution was to install SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam in the crawl space below the sagging floors.

This customer had foundation problems causing the walls on the inside of the house to crack. With our push pier system we where able to fix the cracks and get them to almost disappear without breaking a sweat.
