This house in New Bern, NC had some serious foundation issues. The main support beam of the home had cracked and was giving way. The home owner called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and our inspector recommended that we add a new steel beam as a support and smart jacks. How customer is happy that he called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because we care for our customers and doing the job right the first time. 

Dennis murky crawl space was transformed by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System after experiencing a busted water line that when unnoticed for years. Dennis is happy with the transformation that we did to his crawl space.

Cliff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had standing water after having another company install just a sump pump. We where able to help Cliff by sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installing a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Art contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about water that was entering the basement of his home in New Bern, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Art to go over the problems and concerns to find the best possible solution for the home. Andy found that the water was entering the basement from the basement walls and the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. By installing the WaterGuard System we are able to catch the water when it entering the basement, direct it to the Triple Safe Sump Pump System and then out of the home. Art is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was able to do to fix his home. 

Grant contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to a high moisture problems for a few years. After trying several times to remedy the problem and never could find a solution. After having to replace floor joist and insulation due to moisture damage.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Grant to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the best solution. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation, we are able to seal off the crawl space with the 20 mil thick, 7- layer polyethylene liner.
