A homeowner in New Bern, NC, reached out to our office with concerns about foundation issues. They had noticed uneven sidewalks and visible cracks along their foundation, which raised worries about the stability of their home.

After a thorough inspection, we identified the problem as settlement in the foundation. To address this, we installed our foundation pier system. This system works by driving steel piers deep into stable soil layers, effectively lifting and stabilizing the foundation. The result was a restored and level foundation, eliminating the cracks and uneven sidewalks while ensuring long-term stability for the home.
