Tiffany contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting an estimate to fix the foundation of her home. She had noticed sagging floors in some of the bedrooms of the home along with cracks in the interior walls of the home. We were able to help Tiffany by installing the SmartJack System in the crawl space of the home. Tiffany had started to experiencing problems because of wood rot of the floor joist. Wayne contacted Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair because the concrete walkway leading up to his home had started to sink due to the dirt under the slab starting the wash out when ever it rained. We were able to help Wayne stabilize and lift the concrete walkway by installing the PolyLevel System. We filled in the void under the concrete of the walk way and was able to lift the concrete back to it original level.
