In Pine Knoll Shores, NC, a home was plagued by musty odors and high humidity in the crawl space, visible in the before photo. Our solution? Installing CleanSpace, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These changes rid the area of must, significantly improving air quality, ensuring the crawl space and rest of the home remain dry, healthy and safe for years to come!
This home was sinking due to foundation settlement. To permanently stabilize the home and prevent further sinking, we installed our Foundation Push Pier System. Once home is stabilized, the crew backfills the pier locations for a clean, level finish.
Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair through the national Porch website concerned about having a damp crawl space that had caused the old insulation to fall and wanted to seal the crawl space off with a new vapor barrier system.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Greg to go over the crawl space to find this issue for the damp crawl space.
Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
Foundation settlement was evident by cracks in the exterior foundation wall and a sloping floor. With SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam, we lifted, leveled, and stabilized the foundation.
NexusPro was used to fill and seal the cracks in the concrete pool deck. It helps prevent further damage by keeping water out and gives the deck a clean, finished look.
