We installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to lower the humidity of the home under 55% so that the crawl space is no longer a breeding ground for mold and mildew.

This homeowner's crawl space was severely damaged by termites, so we replaced the damaged wood with new lumber to ensure the home's structural safety.

In the customer's crawl space, termite damage caused the joists to rot, which caused sagging floors. We replaced and enforced the damaged wood with new lumber and installed our SmartJack System to lift, level, and stabilize the floor above.
