Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to the driveway of his home had started to sink and become unlevel. We were able to help fix Chris's driveway by lifting and leveling the driveway with the PolyLevel Injection System.

Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with standing water in the crawl space that had caused the pier to settle. By the settling of the piers, the floors of the home had started to drop and become bouncy. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P met with Carolyn to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for the standing water and the settling piers. 

Justin found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to address the standing water in the crawl space and the Smart Jack Stabilization System to address the settling piers and the raise the floors back level. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair crew let by Pedro installed first the Smart Jack Stabilization System. Next, they cleaned the crawl space from any debris and installed the Silverglo Insulation Panels on the foundation wall. They then installed the CleanSpace Liner, along with the Sedona Dehumidifier and the Smart Sump System to keep the crawl space free of moisture.

Michelle called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she was experiencing high moisture and water in her 1940's basement and crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Michelle to go over the best solution for her lovely home. Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter of the basement along with using our 10 mil liner along the walls. A Super Sump and SaniDry CX dehumidifier was installed to keep this basement and crawl space dry. Michelle is now a happy customer.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Patrica by replacing her dirty vapor barrier to a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from the outside elements and the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to keep out dirt, water vapor and other hazardous things in the crawl space of the home.
