Sergio called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to see if an addition that is sinking could be fix. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Sergio and found that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair could help fix Sergio home with our Push Pier System. Sergio is now happy with the addition of his home.

Ron called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was experiencing high moisture issues under the home which was causing his floors in the home to buckle. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Ron to go over the best solution for the home. The crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX, and our Smart Sump. Ron is happy with the our come of the home, after fixing the problem of the high moisture in the crawl space his floor are no longer buckling.

Hanson called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair complaining of sagging floors and door no closing. SEFR was able to help Hanson with his problem with our SmartJack System. Hanson is grateful for SEFR being able to fix his home.

During Hurricane Matthew Kathleen experience a crawl space underwater 4 feet. She had no idea how to get the water out and how to fix the issues that the storm brought. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was their to help her. With our CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space and if water does happen to get into the area we are able to pump the water out with a Supersump System.
