To protect this home from water pooling around the foundation and the risk of basement flooding, we buried a downspout with a LawnScape Outlet. The outlet lays flush to the ground to prevent tripping or mowing hazards. 

SmartJack support posts were installed in the customer’s crawl space to provide stable support for the sagging floors above. These posts address the issue by stabilizing and potentially lifting the floor system, correcting structural settling and improving overall stability.

SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift and stabilize this customers sagging crawl space. After installation, the foundation was secure and floors were level. 

Robert contacted us after doing research on the best solution to fix his patio. Robert was concerned because his rear patio concrete had begun to settle and the brick exterior around the patio had started to crack. Our inspector Graham Moore met with Robert and found that we could repair Robert's patio with our PolyLevel System. Robert is now a happy customer!
