A Wade, NC resident reached out to our office concerned about their foundation. After inspecting the property, we found that the foundation was sinking, which had caused noticeable cracks on the exterior. To address the issue, we installed our helical pier system. This solution works by driving steel piers deep into stable soil layers and securing them to the foundation, effectively lifting and stabilizing it to prevent further sinking and repair the damage.
The concrete slab has sunken about 2 inches. With the help of the poly level concrete leveling system, our team was able to raise the concrete about am 1.5 inches without damage.
CleanSpace drainage matting prevents water from pooling in a crawl space by creating a raised surface that allows water to flow freely underneath, directing it towards a sump pump or drainage system.
As a result of moisture damage in the crawl space, the floor above was sagging. We installed our SmartJack Support System to lift the sagging floors back to their original level position.
