Brian in Roseboro, NC noticed that the insulation in his crawl space had started to fall and that there was also a musty smell coming from the crawl space. Justin found that the crawl space was experiencing high moisture and high humidity levels and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System

Patty called Southeast because she was interested in getting a vapor barrier for her home on White Lake. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Patty to go over the best solution since she lives on a naturally moist area. Our crew led by Jason Hines installed our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silver Glow, Smart Sump and a SaniDry CX to keep the moisture from the lake from affecting the home. Patty is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair produced.
