Yanet contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about standing water in the crawlspace at her home in Pikeville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Glenn met with Yanet to go over what he found and proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace. Yanet liked everything that Glenn proposed and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with debris and insulation removal. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help keep the crawlspace dry and clean.

Anthony contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair stating that there was a moldy odor along with moisture and fallen insulation in his crawl space at his home in Raeford, NC. 

SEFR scheduled our designed specialist, Justin, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Andy proposed an encapsulation along with a dehumidifier. Anthony was thrilled to move forward with the project. 

Our crew, led by Rayford, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to prevent any future moisture or mold. As well as removing all of the falling insulation.

As a result of excessive moisture in this customers crawl space, the floor joists became damaged and weak that caused the floor above to sag. To lift, level, and stabilize the sagging floor, we installed our SmartJack System.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed in the customer's crawl space to ensure it stays dry by effectively managing water infiltration. It works by collecting excess water through a drainage system and pumping it away from the crawl space, preventing moisture buildup and potential damage. This system includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for backup during power outages, and a battery-operated pump for added reliability, ensuring continuous protection.

Marcia contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the basement of her home would often flood with heavy rain and she wanted a permanent solution to fixing the basement of her home. We where able to help Marcia by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. By installing the WaterGuard System we are able to catch the water before making its way to the basement floor and pumping it out of the home with the SuperSump Sump Pump System. Marcia is thrilled with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix the basement of her home.
