A Sunset Beach, NC homeowner faced moisture issues in their crawl space, which caused damage to their floor joists. Our team stabilized the joists by sistering them. This process involves attaching new, pressure-treated lumber alongside the damaged joists to reinforce and restore their strength. Sistering joists improves structural stability, prevents further sagging or damage, and ensures the floors above remain level and secure.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. First, by installing the Smart Jack System we are able to stabilize and lift the home back to its original state and by using the CleanSpace System we are able to keep moisture out of the organic wood that caused the floors to sag.
